I hadn't considered that, thanks. My brother suggested making sure that Mozilla wasn't pointing to Netscape's folder, but the profile wasn't something I considered. So, I'll delete the one out of Netscape and see what happens. Thanks.

Before you try a complete reinstall, try deleting your profile (as long as your bookmarks are backed up somewhere). It may be in c:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\, called default or your username. It should make you a new one the next time you start N7 or Mozilla.

If that doesn't work, you might want to pick one out of Netscape 7 and Mozilla, rather than use both. Uninstall the other, or only reinstall one when you do the reinstall. I run three Netscapes and 4 Mozillas on my computer at work without major problems, but they can get into a fight over your profile in certain odd situations.

I agree with your assessment, Jemima, my computer is ill. And it's about time - the one year warranty just ran out. Netscape gets more and more corrupt with each day and takes Mozilla along with it. I think what I may need to do is back up my bookmarks and completely uninstall Netscape and Mozilla and reinstall (I've got the right box unchecked in Mozilla, but it still won't let me open other windows which I click on). I reinstalled IE last week - version 5.5 - and I don't understand why I can't see your style sheets. I think it's my computer and not your style sheets. If it wasn't midterms, I would consider a massive reload. I'm hoping the Netscape/Mozilla uninstall/reinstall will work. Advice?

Seema, I think your computer is still ill. First of all, you want to make sure that Netscape is permitting you to open new windows - there's a separate setting for opening new windows yourself, which isn't necessary for the popup blocker. The popup blocker is the one that mentions unrequested windows.

The IE problem may be simpler. What version are you using? Have you tried clicking on one of the style links since your sudden loss of style? Can you see style on other pages of my site, such as the main page?

Weirdness, your style sheets don't show in IE but they do in Netscape. I can't open comments in Netscape, but I can in IE. This two browser thing is really cramping my style.
