					<description>Ensembles can work, but you have to maintain the conflict, yeah. Look at DS9, for instance - so many different aims, so many conflicting traits. 

I gave up on Voyager after season 5. Nothing was happening anymore. It was the same Seven episode over and over again. P/T only existed when the plot for that week demanded it. And Endgame? It felt like the entire series had been pointless, none of these people had changed. 

Seven didn't ruin it. But maybe Braga did.

					<description>Oh, I completely agree. As I said elsewhere once, the reason I love Trek, but hate Voyager (and Enterprise) with a passion is because I look at them and all I see is wasted potential. I can watch utter crap like Andromeda or Earth: Final Conflict (and hey, I liked the first two seasons of that show, which...eh.) But Voyager had so much potential in the first six episodes--and then shot it all. 

There's nothing I hate with more passion than wasted potential.</description>
