I’ve been blogging this. Hart is not a Republican but an opportunist, who has done this before. Tanner, the Democrat, will keep his seat, which is why the Republicans didn’t catch Hart until it was too late. Hart never got media attention before, but with the Dems using everything they can to bash Bush, that’s why this story has legs this year.
